Held at the Marriot Downtown on 27 August, the training session led by Hana and Raslyn, was well received by the attendees and embodied the cohesive and supportive environment that BDSC top leaders have created and maintained.
The senior management together with various leaders from the Burjeel Day Surgery Centre shared a Saturday of learning, affirmation, and fellowship at the Elevate to Lead training session conducted by Healthtech – RPM.
Laughter flowed while attendees helped each other understand the leadership styles of different departments better. Real examples were reenacted during the role plays and helped to bring clarity and useful insights to the attendees.
The participants were hands-on and proactive during the session and were forthcoming with anecdotes and suggestions. The attentiveness and willingness to participate and learn were very apparent from the start of the session.
