As part of the Burjeel Medical City Leadership Development plan, the non-medical division Trainers from RPM Healthtech conducted a full-day workshop on 14th Aug 2022.
The ‘Elevate to Lead’ workshop introduced practices that create a positive environment and help groom new leaders in discovering better leadership skills while aiding experienced leaders in refining their current skill sets. The trainer shared important insights on mindset shifts, feedback culture, and how to get results. The session was highly appreciated by the participants who enjoyed the learning experience and were ready to go back to implement the key concepts and ideas.
30 BMC employees from different categories/ departments attended the full-day session. The interactive and engaging session also gave participants to get to know fellow leaders better.
